3. After you’ve set up access, your Google Nest Doorbell camera employs familiar face detection to verify your neighbor as they come near the door.
4. Your ADT home security will deactivate the alarm and deactivate the lock when the person is authenticated as a permitted visitor.
5. You get immediate notifications as your family member, friend, or neighbor enters and exits. The app also offers a complete history. 
6. Once the trusted neighbor departs, your smart door lock automatically secures to protect your home.

You can grant access for anyone you wish, such as a dog walker, a repair person, or a partner who arrives when you’re out. This tool is also useful during urgent events, especially when you’re off site. For instance, if a water sensor trips, your system can grant event-driven access so someone can shut off the water.
